*Refund policy does not apply to StaySafeMobile. When enrolled in the StaySafeMobile program you are allowed free use of the StaySafeMobile device. Upon cancellation of the service plan by eitherparty the device must be returned to us within 14 days after cancellation.Please note there is also no refund on cellular activation charges.

If the device is not returned, the credit card on file for the service plan charges will be billed $99.00 for the device.

Warranty: All products sold by LiveVideoMonitor are covered by a one year manufacturer’s warranty after thepurchase,and if found to be defective will be replaced free of charge.This warranty will be void if the product hasbeen altered or subject to misuse, and in the case of StaySafeMobile the device has been submerged in water.

How to make a return or warranty replacement: To Make a Return or Warranty Replacement you must first obtain a Return MerchandiseAuthorization number.

No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.  To get an RMA number you can either call us or email us at You will be emailed an RMA number including shipping and packaging info.

  • All returns for a refund must be requested within 30 days of purchase
  • All items must be returned in “like-new” resalable condition including all accessories and packaging. If not a 10% re-stocking charge will apply.
  • If eligiblefor a warranty replacement we will ship out a new item
  • Refunds are credited to the original credit card used for the purchase
